• Promoting Zenith Softek IT Services
• Building long-term relationships with new/existing Clients
• Contract/Rate negotiations
• Training/Managing Sales team

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or Computer Science/Information Systems
• Prior experience in a Business Development role within IT Services
• Proficient in Powerpoint Presentations
• Prepare Sales/Marketing material focused on IT Services
• Expertise in Services/Resource costing/calculations
• Attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:​

• Proficient in creating research instruments (qualitative and quantitative) and conduct primary and secondary research on IT Services market conditions
• Preparing Technology related reports, identify opportunities specific to IT services and evaluate trends
• Updating our Client and Services portfolio based on input from the Sale & Recruiting Teams
• Statistical work in aggregations related to opportunities, closures, market trends and lead generation related to IT Services and Technologies
• Prepare presentations related to opportunities within the IT Services space for various Industry Verticals and provide executive summaries
• Communicating with prospective Clients and IT professionals to promote Zenith Softek’s Service offerings
• Ability to extract historical sales, marketing and pricing data from structured and semi-structured sources 
• Utilize historical sales and pricing data with Machine Learning capabilities in designing algorithms identifying trends in the IT Services space
• Preparing Technology focused presentations for prospective Employees
• Assist in refining the company’s marketing strategy, evaluate effectiveness against defined KPIs

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Experience in IT Services and emerging Technologies
• Expertise in Statistical tools to identify trends and perform sales, pricing analysis
• Proficient in Sql with ability to extract data from various Sales/Marketing Databases
• Familiar with Machine Learning and Algorithm design
• Prepare Executive Level dashboards and Reports using Advanced Reporting/BI tools
• Positive personality
• Attention to detail
